What program do you use/how do you make gifs?

I’m making all the gifs in photoshop. Using a drawing tablet I draw straight into the computer, and then arrange the layers like frames using the ‘animation’ option in the ‘window’ tab. Anything that isn’t a gif was probably stop-go animated (photos of physical objects) or arranged in After Effects or Flash.

actually that’s the only FAQ I’m getting at the moment, so um, okay.
